Currentness
(a) Applications must be submitted for each semester in which the soldier or airman wishes to receive the National Guard Tuition Waiver.
(b) The National Guard Tuition Waiver may be applied for all semester and intersession courses.
(c) Applications may be submitted up to sixty (60) calendar days prior to the start of the course, but must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the start of the course.
(d)(1) Applications received after the deadline date may not be awarded and therefore the soldier or airman would be responsible for paying tuition to the institution.
(2) An exception to policy can be requested through the Education Services Officer in writing.
