016.06.36-224.100. Inpatient Hospital Services Benefit Limit.
Currentness
A. There is an annual benefit limit of 24 medically necessary days per state fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) for Medicaid recipients ages 21 and older.
B. There is no benefit limit for general and rehabilitative hospital inpatient services for clients under age 21 in the Child Health Services (EPSDT) Program.
