Pursuant to the office suspending the driving privilege of a person believed to be unqualified to safely operate a motor vehicle, the office may require that such person successfully pass all phases of the State Driver License Examination. This authorization will be on a special clearance form issued by a Hearing Officer. No individual will be given such a clearance until the Hearing Office is convinced that such person is qualified medically to operate a motor vehicle. Satisfactory test results must be returned to the Hearing Officer for evaluation to determine if such person should be allowed to operate a motor vehicle in this State.
