The Arkansas Medicaid Program must assure quality medical care for its beneficiaries and protect the integrity of the funds supporting the Program. The Division of Medical Services is committed to this goal by providing staff and resources to the prevention, detection and correction of abuse. However, these goals can be met only with the cooperation and support of the provider community. The physician is often in a position to detect certain program abuses. The Medicaid Program requests your assistance as a primary care provider to help assure quality care and the integrity of the program.
