007.18.2-XXIV. Administrative Penalty Authority
Currentness
The Arkansas Department of Health shall have the authority to assess administrative penalties against any public water system and/or its authorized agent for failure to comply with any portion of these rules, provided that such penalties and procedures are in accordance with Arkansas Statutes.
