Currentness
1.01 These rules shall be known as the Arkansas Department of Education (“Department”) Rules Governing the Public School Rating System on Annual School Performance Reports and the School Recognition Program (“Rules”).
1.02 These rules are enacted pursuant to the State Board of Education's authority under Ark. Code Ann. §§ 6-11-105, 6-15-2101 et seq., and 25-15-201 et seq., and Acts 744 and 869 of 2017.
