This Emergency Rule is effective January 1, 2024. This Emergency Rule is applicable only to funding allocated under and projects undertaken pursuant to the BEAD program. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Emergency Rule and the Arkansas Rural Connect Broadband Grant Program Rule, or any other state broadband rule, with respect to the BEAD program, the terms of this Emergency Rule shall control.
