007.04.4-22. Penalty
Currentness
22.1. Every firm, person, or corporation violating any of the provisions of these Rules shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand dollars ($1000) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5000) or by imprisonment not exceeding one month, or both. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense (Ark. Code Ann. § 20-27-1512.).
22.2. Additional civil penalties and fines shall be enforced in accordance with Ark. Code Ann. § 20-58-12, Ark. Code Ann. § 20-7-101 and Ark. Code Ann. § 20-27-1501 et. seq.
22.3. Any penalty will be in addition to other remedies available to the Department, including suspension or revocation of license and civil penalties.
