006.02.5-5.1. General.
Currentness
The Regulations under this Title relate to applications for permits, conduct of the business and prohibited activities of private clubs. These Regulations should be regarded as being supplementary to, and not in replacement of, the code provisions of this State relating to the matters covered by this Title. In addition to these Regulations, other Regulations applicable to the matters covered by this Title may be found under Titles 1 and 3 of these Regulations.
