Currentness
The annual fees for public water systems provided for in Arkansas Statutes ยง 20-28-101 et seq are established at $0.40 per service connection per month for community and nontransient noncommunity water systems, with a minimum fee of $250; and at $125 for transient noncommunity water systems.
