006.02.4-4.1. General.
Currentness
The Regulations under this Title apply to permits authorizing the sale of controlled beverages for consumption on the premises only of a hotel or motel, or restaurant. These Regulations should be regarded as being supplementary to, and not in replacement of, the code provisions of this State relating to the matters covered by this Title.
