126.03.1-7.06. Effective Date of Tariffs
Currentness
Unless otherwise provided in a Commission order or pursuant to the terms of an approved tariff, tariffs become effective thirty (30) days after filing. (See Ark. Code Ann. ยง 23-4-402.) The date of any Commission order approving a tariff becomes the effective date of that tariff, unless otherwise provided in a Commission order or pursuant to the terms of an approved tariff.
