Currentness
A person required to file a statement pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. ยงยง 23-63-506 - 23-63-513 shall furnish the required information on Form A, hereby made a part of this Rule. Such person shall also furnish the required information on Form E, hereby made a part of this Rule and described in Section 14 of this Rule.
