006.02.2-2.26. Surrender of Permit Upon Leaving Employ of Employer.
Currentness
If a sales agent shall leave the employ of the principal stated on his permit, he shall surrender the permit to the Director within five (5) days. Failure to surrender the permit within said time shall make the sales agent ineligible for any other permit for a period of time to be determined by the Director. The principal employing such sales agent shall notify the Director of the sales agent's termination of employment within five (5) days of the date of termination.
