006.02.2-2.23. Sales Agent to Represent Only Principal in Accordance With Permit.
Currentness
No sales agent shall represent any person whose name does not appear on the permit of the sales agent as his employer. No sales agent shall serve as such for more than one person under one permit. Additional permits may be granted to the same applicant for additional principals.
