006.02.2-2.22. Sales Agent to Possess Qualifications of Principal.
Currentness
No permit to act as a sales agent shall be issued to any person who does not possess, at the time of the application or at any time thereafter, all of the qualifications required of a person holding the type of permit held by the principal, except any qualifications as pertain to residence.
