Currentness
(a) The Director of Arkansas State Police may deny a renewal of a license upon the same grounds as for denial of an initial application for license, or for any ground for revocation listed in Arkansas law or these Rules.
(b) If the Director denies the renewal application, he shall notify the applicant in writing, stating the grounds for denial and appeal procedures under the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, ACA ยงยง 25-15-201 et seq. The letter shall be sent via certified mail, return receipt requested.
