Currentness
If the Director denies the application, he shall notify the applicant in writing, stating the grounds for denial and appeal procedures under the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, ACA ยงยง 25-15-201 et seq. The letter shall be sent via certified mail, return receipt requested.
