Currentness
(a) Design Standards -- Class 3 monofills shall be designed and constructed to the standards for Class 3 Non-commercial landfills set forth in Rule 22.501et seq.
(b) Compliance with Rule Number 14 -- Waste tire handling, processing, recycling and disposal facilities shall additionally meet the requirements of Rule Number 14, Waste Tire Program of the Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
