These Regulations, having been promulgated by the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division and adopted by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, shall be in full force and effect until they are amended or repealed pursuant to law. All previous Regulations adopted and published by the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Board are hereby superseded and repealed insofar as they may be different from or in conflict with the Regulations herein.

It is intended by the Board that these Regulations are severable and that if any of these Regulations, or any parts thereof, shall be declared invalid, all other unaffected Regulations, or parts thereof, shall remain in full force and effect.

Additionally, at the back of the book, we have included the fine schedules, as provided for by law, for violations of the Regulations contained herein.
