054.00.64A-1. Purpose
Currentness
The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe:
A. Requirements for statements of actuarial opinion that are to be submitted in accordance with Ark. Code Ann. § 23-84-112, and for memoranda in support thereof;
B. Rules applicable to the appointment of an Appointed Actuary; and
C. Guidance as to the meaning of “adequacy of reserves.”
