Currentness
A. Certificate of Authority Limited To Participation in the Organized Care Act Program.
This Rule applies to the licensure and solvency standards of RBPOs, as defined in Ark. Code Ann. ยง 20-77-2703(13) under the Organized Care Act. Nothing in this Rule is intended to sanction, permit or establish a process for a provider sponsored organization to obtain a certificate of authority to engage in risk assumption or risk sharing activities in this State, outside of its participation in the Organized Care Act program.
