007.10.32-II. Labeling of Yogurt Products.
The name of the food shall appear on the principal display panel of the label in type of uniform size, style and color. The product name shall be accompanied by a declaration indicating the presence of any characterizing flavoring. The label shall include a complete list of all ingredients in descending order of predominance. For the purpose of this section, the strains of bacteria may be collectively referred to as “yogurt culture”. The identity of the plant where pasteurized shall be shown by plant name and address, including zip code, or identified by acceptable code. Labels shall be approved by the State Department of Health prior to use.
