29.01.1 These regulations shall be known as Arkansas Department of Education Regulations to Implement the Accessible Instructional Materials Loan Program.
29.01.2 These regulations are enacted pursuant to the State Board of Education's authority under 20 U.S.C ยง 1412 (23).
