25.04.1 The appropriation for Educational Services for Students in Youth Shelters will be administered by the Arkansas Department of Education, Special Education Unit.
25.04.2 In the event that requests for reimbursement exceed the amount of funds available in the appropriation for Educational Services for Students in Youth Shelters, reimbursements will be pro-rated.
