016.15.5-509. RELIGIOUS SERVICES
Currentness
1. The facility shall provide or arrange for the provision of religious and pastoral services to meet the need of clients.
2. Participation of clients in religious services shall be strictly voluntary.
3. The facility shall maintain written policy and procedure for the operation and availability of religious services.
