005.18.25-25.03. Definitions.
Currentness
25.03.1 For the purpose of these regulations, Youth Shelters means facilities under contract to or supervision of either the Division of Youth Services (DYS) or the Division of Children and Family Services, both under the Department of Human Services.
25.03.2 IDEA refers to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
25.03.3 IEP means the individualized education program for a student with disabilities under the IDEA.
25.03.4 Educational services means those services typically provided by local school districts, including, but not limited to, transportation, instruction, food services, counseling, etc.
