016.06.2-201.000. Arkansas Medicaid Participation Requirements for Individual Chiropractic Providers
Currentness
Chiropractic Services providers must meet the Provider Participation and enrollment requirements contained within Section 140.000 of this manual as well as the following criteria to be eligible to participate in the Arkansas Medicaid Program:
A. The provider must be licensed to practice in his or her state. A copy of the current license must accompany the provider application and Medicaid contract.
B. The provider must be enrolled in the Title XVIII (Medicare) Program.
