In addition to the rules and regulations contained in this code, the Board or any representative thereof may require compliance with any recommendation or standard contained in the latest edition of the National Fire Protection Association Pamphlet No. 58 and/or Pamphlet No. 54 (ANSI 223.1): relative to the installation and operation of any container, system, or appliance in this State.
