² TIGER Modernization Program- The U.S. Census Bureau (Census Bureau) intends to issue a solicitation for full and open competition for services in support of the MAF/TIGER Modernization Program. The selected contractor will be expected to provide services for the MAF/TIGER Modernization strategic program objective number 1- Improve Address/Street Location Accuracy; Implement Automated Change Detection. The scope of the solicitation is addressed in the accompanying draft “Statement of Objectives” (SOO).
