Currentness
A psychiatric residential treatment facility shall employ qualified staff sufficient in number to implement the individual treatment plan of each youth in care.
While there is room for flexibility and innovative use of personnel, there shall be enough professional clinical personnel available to ensure close and adequate supervision of all clinical activities of the program.
