Currentness
Failure of the Program to adhere to CSAT/DEA regulations or Standards of the State Methadone Authority may result in revocation of program approval and/or licensure.
The State Methadone Authority shall report Programs recommended for closure to the CSAT/DEA for revocation of the right to receive shipments of narcotic drugs in accordance with 21 CFR, 291.505(h).
