016.15.5-210. INSURANCE
Currentness
Evidence of financial responsibility of a minimum of $1,000,000.00, or liability insurance of a like amount shall be required.
The facility shall maintain insurance coverage which includes, at a minimum, property insurance, comprehensive general liability insurance, vehicle insurance and professional liability/malpractice insurance.
