016.04.2-III. APPLICATION PROCESS:
Currentness
The program shall not operate in the State of Arkansas as a MMTP prior to completion of the application process. The application process is divided into two (2) parts.
A. Completion of application for:
1) Methadone/LAAM Maintenance Treatment Program
2) Licensure as an Alcohol and/or Other Drug Abuse Treatment Program; and
C. Methadone/LAAM Maintenance Treatment Program (MMTP) must receive approval by the State Methadone Authority (SMA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT), and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
