007.10.22-I. Definitions
For the purpose of these Regulations, the following terms are defined:
A. Bakery: Means any place or building and structure in connection therewith where bread, rolls, cakes, doughnuts, alimentary pastes, pies, or any food products of which flour or meal is the principal ingredient are processed, handled or stored for sale to the public.
B. Candy factory: Means any place or building and structure in connection therewith where candy is manufactured for sale to the public.
C. Proprietor: Means any person, firm, corporation or governmental agency operating a bakery or candy factory.
D. Personnel: Means any person employed in a bakery or candy factory who does or may in any manner handle or come in contact with the processing, handling or storing of bakery or candy factory products.
E. Potentially hazardous: Means any perishable food which consists in whole or in part of milk or milk products, eggs or other ingredients capable of supporting rapid and progressive growth of infectious or toxigenic microorganisms.
