Currentness
22.1 Each pool of milk has a sample taken for bacteriologic screening using sterile technique.
22.2 Only milk from pools with Ο04CFU/ml of normal skin flora (e.g., coagulase negative staphylococcus, diptheroids, Staphylococcus epidermis, or Streptococcus viridans) is acceptable to dispense raw. The presence of any pathogens is unacceptable.
