016.06.2-202.000. Group Providers of Chiropractic Services in Arkansas and Bordering States
Currentness
Group providers of chiropractic services must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for participation in the Arkansas Medicaid Program.
If a chiropractor is a member of a group of chiropractors, each chiropractor and the group must both enroll according to the following criteria:
A. Each individual chiropractor within the group must enroll following the criteria established in Section 201.000.
B. All group providers are “pay to” providers only. Services must be performed and billed by a Medicaid-enrolled licensed chiropractor within the group.
