AID will institute appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards to ensure that the APCD, its operations, data collection and storage, and reporting disclosures are in compliance with the requirements applicable federal and state law. AID will also ensure that the Administrator and any vendors comply with applicable federal and state law related to protecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
