054.00.33-XIII. SUPERSESSION OF CONFLICTING REGULATIONS
Currentness
This regulation shall supersede and fully replace any prior regulation concerning variable life insurance. This regulation is particularly intended to replace any provisions of Rule and Regulation 6, “Variable Annuity Contracts”, as it may pertain to variable life insurance. The provisions of Rule and Regulation 6 that regulate variable annuities shall remain undisturbed by this Regulation.
