054.00.12-1. AUTHORITY AND SCOPE.

1.1 These rules and regulations are hereby promulgated and adopted pursuant to the authority provided in Ark. Stat. Ann. § 66-3816 and § 66-3815.
All life insurance and all disability insurance sold in connection with loans or other credit transactions shall be subjected to the provisions of these rules and regulations, except such insurance sold in connection with a loan or credit transaction of more than ten (10) years duration.
