AMI 2527 Seller's Incidental Damages

Incidental damages resulting from a breach by (buyer) include any commercially reasonable (charges)(expenses)(or)(commissions) incurred:

[in stopping delivery]

[in the (transportation)(care)(and)(or)(custody) of goods after (buyer)'s breach]

[in connection with the return or the resale of the goods]

[or][otherwise resulting from the breach.]

NOTE ON USE

Use this instruction with AMI 2524, 2525 and 2526 when there is a jury question concerning the seller's incidental damages.
