AMI 2521 Buyer's Incidental Damages
Incidental damages resulting from a breach by (seller) include:
[expenses reasonably incurred in (inspection) (receipt) (transportation) (and) (care and custody of goods rightfully rejected)][and]
[any commercially reasonable (charges) (expenses) (or) (commissions) in connection with obtaining substitute goods][and]
[any (other) reasonable expense incident to the (delay or other) breach].
Whether [this][(either) (any) of these] element(s) has been proved by the evidence is for you to determine.
