§ 422.53. Effective date
Currentness
This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) For the purposes of determining if applicants have satisfactorily completed the approved graduate medical training required for eligibility to receive a license without restriction, applicants who are participating in a residency program on or before June 30, 1987, shall be subject to the provisions of the act of July 20, 1974 (P.L. 551, No. 190),1 known as the Medical Practice Act of 1974.
(2) This act shall take effect January 1, 1986, or immediately, whichever is later.
