§ 485.6. Board to keep records
The board shall keep records of its proceedings especially with relation to the issuance, denial, registration, suspension and revocation of license to practice veterinary medicine. All licenses issued by the board shall be numbered and recorded by the secretary and a file kept for that purpose and such file or record shall be open to public inspection. In all actions or proceedings in any court a transcript of any record or any part thereof, which is certified to be a true copy by the secretary, shall be entitled to admission in evidence.
