§ 3015.3. Conflict of interest policy
Currentness
The Department of Community and Economic Development and the Department of Public Welfare1 shall each develop conflict of interest policies pertaining to employees and subgrantees authorizing services through the energy conservation and assistance programs and supplemental low-income energy conservation and assistance programs.
